George Ventouras - Managing Director
George Ventouras is the founder and principal of Ventouras Consulting, a Perth-based ASX corporate advisory and investor relations firm established in 2008.
George has held executive and board roles at multiple ASX and AIM-listed companies over 35 years — as Executive Chairman, Executive Director, and General Manager — across resources, industrials, aquaculture, technology, and cannabis sectors.
His most significant listed-company engagement was a 12-year co-founding role at Apollo Consolidated (ASX: AOP), which contributed to the company's ~A$180 million acquisition by Ramelius Resources in 2021.
Prior to Ventouras Consulting, George spent 19 years as General Manager of Ausnet Industries, where he led full P&L operations, executed multiple acquisitions, and developed international export markets. He also established a 100-person manufacturing facility in Jakarta and has operated Pearling Technologies — a global pearl culture equipment business — since 1986.
George holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Accounting from Edith Cowan University (Prize for Excellence in Management and Cost Accounting).
